Simple Updates Take Dresser From Dull to Exciting

This super cute small 3-drawer chest of drawers has great bones to start but she is listless, dull and lacking energy. (Gee, I’ve got good bones, if only I could get a new paint job!). And, just like me, she is a little short and needs heels.

Her final makeover suits her well but it wasn’t the first design attempt. I experimented with a multi-color dry brushing technique. I love the process but the result didn’t quite work. I’ll try it again on another piece but this one refused to come out of the dressing room with it on. I started over.
